Margins

Margins in Word refer to the white space around the pages of a document. They define the distance between the text and the edges of the paper. Word provides standard margins, but you can customize them to suit your needs. Margins can be set in the "Layout" menu option. In the "Page Setup" section, click "Margins" and select "Custom Margins" at the bottom of the menu.

The Page Setup window comes up.

Here you can specify the top, bottom, left and right margins. Margins are useful for creating a professional-looking document, controlling layout and preventing content from being too close to the edges. Be sure to choose the appropriate margins for your specific printing or publishing requirements.

In the dStyle365/LegalWord templates, margins are defined based on your organization's corporate identity.
