Userdata refresh

User data, such as language and profile settings, personal texts and models, are stored in the app data roaming folder by default.

It may happen that there is a user-specific problem that cannot be pinpointed. Then refreshing the user data may provide a solution.

Go to the location of the usersettings (by default by typing %appdata% in Windows Explorer, if that is not the location, look in the registry for the location of the PersonalFolder), rename the 'Documentaal' folder. That is the folder that contains the user data, and restart Word or Outlook.

The default and favorite profiles and any language settings must be reset.
