When a message comes up that the program is blocked because a license is not present, three things can be going on:
- The free trial period of dStyle of LegalWord has ended. To purchase a license, contact Documentaal.
- The configuration is not properly linked which means that your office license file cannot be found. Then follow this procedure to fix the connection to the configuration.
- An error has occurred in the license file on your computer. Please go to the DownloadCenter and run the FixLicense.exe program, or run the FixLicense.reg reg registry key. If you do not have access on the DownloadCenter, contact our service desk.
