We are hearing from several customers that the dStyle365/LegalWord signature that is automatically inserted into Outlook when creating a new email or replying to an existing email is exhibiting strange behavior. This seems to occur only in Office version 2310 Build 16.0.16924.20054. This is an Outlook issue and is unrelated to the style365/LegalWord software.
However, the strange behavior seems to be limited to the preview of the email. In fact, the recipient of the email does see the signature as it should be. Even when opening an email in a new window or refreshing the computer screen, the signature is suddenly correct again.
We assume Microsoft will fix the problem soon.
