Reply and Forward Functionality in Outlook
In dStyle365/LegalWord365, it is possible to use a separate signature for emails you reply to or forward. Often, this is a shortened signature.
To deviate from this, i.e., to use a shortened signature in a new message, or a long signature when replying, this option has been added to the menu since version 24.4.1.
