When printing, the control of the printer trays is often a problem. A print order is given but it then appears that the correct printer bin with the desired paper is not used. There are also documents that need to be printed on different types of paper, such as the first page on letterhead and the remaining pages on blank paper.
Print control solves this problem and takes care of the correct control of the printer bins of all your printers. See Printcontrol setup (Settings choose Printer Bins).
If the printer trays are set once, press Print before printing the document and select another paper type if necessary.
