A Solution For Corrupt Styles In A Document

A solution for corrupt styles in a document

Corrupt styles: Anyone who works a lot with longer, more complex Word documents has probably experienced it: You wanted to add a section from another document by copying and pasting it, but as soon as you did, the entire style in your current working document changed. Two styles got mixed up and the structure/structure of your file disappeared like snow in the sun... How terribly irritating!

What to do with corrupt styles?

The support team at Documentaal recently created a roadmap to combat exactly this problem. Regardless of what caused the corrupt or mixed styles, these 8 steps should allow you to easily fix the problem yourself. You can find these instructions here in our Knowledge Center.

The new version of dStyle (23.2.1) even includes a feature to reset the style set of an original or desired template!
