Work efficiently thanks to one central solution

Employees generally work in many different applications. For example, in AFAS or Dynamics hours and project data are processed, through the local fileshare they work on documents and customer files, the project information generated from Dynamics has to be transferred to the documents and approval and signing is not done automatically via workflows or digitally. In addition, this method of working does not allow proper archiving or auditing and employees cannot search through historical documents to use this knowledge.

A digital dossier simplifies this process by bringing together the various processes in a single application in which employees work from document creation to digital approval and signing in a single interface. In this way, documents are also easy to find and documents are archived in accordance with regulations.
