That's why we offer extensive support options, even outside office hours and on weekends. Certainty gives peace of mind

Customer of DocumentaalAs a customer of Documentaal , we will always provide you with immediate support. You also have access to our extensive knowledge center that contains many how-to's, new templates and background information. Support is provided on a best-effort basis during office hours (8:00-18:00).
Support contract ZenIf you want more security and guaranteed fast response, choose our support contract Zen. You will have 4 hours response time, within office hours (8:00-18:00), 6 free support hours and 10% discount on our support rate.
Support contract SatoriIf you work a lot outside standard office hours and want to be assured of 24-7 support, our Satori support contract is ideal for you. Response time 2 hours, resolution time within 8 hours, 7/24, 365 days a year. In addition, you get 10 hours of free support hours and 15% discount on our support rate.
Extended Office

Outsourcing or extended office

We can offer further support by taking over all or part of content management or technical management.
