Automated insertion of attachments in document creation software dStyle

This is a message for all law firms. And for all transport companies. And to all accounting firms. And to all... well, which company isn't? As long as you're dealing with letters, reports and other documents with multiple attachments, the next message will be interesting, very interesting for you.

After all, we have an excellent, user-friendly and conclusive solution for adding attachments - the legal world speaks of 'productions' - to a document. We can even speak of the solution for this. (We don't do this very often, but sometimes we are allowed to get a bit carried away).

So what do we offer? [/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]

attachment module

One of the many functions offered by dStyle is the Attachments module. You can activate it with one simple mouse click.

Table of Contents automated

"Nothing new under the sun," you think, "does any document creation program. Maybe. But this Appendices module offers more. It compiles - also automatically - a neat table of contents of the attachments or productions that you add. And if you decide to include an extra attachment halfway through the document, you can do so without extra effort. And that may also be two, three or eighty extra attach ments: no problem at all! The tool rearranges, renumbers the attachments (or productions) and cross-references and makes sure everything is in the right order.

Dat scheelt jou bergen werk.[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]

Overview Appendices

We're not there yet. In many work environments - think of the legal! - documents follow each other in quick succession. A defence to an accusation, another reaction to it, an addition to it, so to speak. And every time, all the documents, all the attachments have to be sent along.

This is also where dStyle comes in.

Attachments in correct order

Just imagine. No more manually adding attachments to your document. Not having to worry about the right order. Being sure that everything is neatly arranged in the right order. In other words: adding attachments automatically, that's what the Attachments module of dStyle does.[/vc_column_text][vcex_button url="/free-demo/" size="medium" style="flat" align="left" custom_background="#f27e22″ custom_hover_background="#666666″ border_radius="3px" margin="top:30″ icon_right="fa fa-arrow-right" icon_right_padding="20″ icon_right_transform="10px"]Interesting, I would like to request a free demo[/vcex_button][/vc_column][/vc_row].
