For an uninstall, enter the following command with a reference to the version installer on the workstation.
msiexec -x "LegalWord 8.0.2214.1 (No Shared).msi" AI_CLEAN_RESOURCES_UNINSTALL="0″.
The 'AI_CLEAN_RESOURCES_UNINSTALL' has the value '0' for retaining personal user data and '1' for deleting personal user data. In the above example, profile data, favourites, text fragments and models are retained, which is recommended when updating the software.
