It is possible in dStyle (LegalWord) directly from the dStyle (LegalWord) ribbon to send the saved Word file as an e-mail. There is also the option to send the file "cleaned up". Meta-data such as changes, editors and the like are cleaned up from the document.
In the Admin Settings (under the Tools button) you can set whether the Author of the document is replaced by the company name. If so, check the 'Company name as creator' checkbox (this is also the default). If this is not desired, uncheck it, and the Author field will be blank. In either case, the 'Last modified' field will also be emptied.
