Central Profiles - create

Your organization can choose to centrally store and manage the profiles of all employees.
This can be done with Central Profiles or your Active Directory.

Creating Central Profiles

Central profiles are made in the central profile centre. This works the same as the profile centre that everyone sees under the 'Settings' button.

A number of users (key-users or Admins) have access to the Tools Menu. Ask them for help when adding users to the central profiles.

From the Tools ribbon, which is only available to administrators, open the Central profiles.
Go to Tools > General > Central profiles

① The profile center opens and you can create the profiles as you are used to.

The profiles created here are visible to everyone and can be used by anyone.

To prevent the list of profiles that employees see from becoming very long, they can set favourite profiles. How this works you can see above, The data of the central profiles are stored in the centralprofiles.xml which is located in the Content folder.
