How to make the digital signing process even easier

For example, consider the two-factor authentication that checks whether the mail address and telephone number of the signer match. When data is incorrect or incomplete, dStyle 365 indicates it.

Add multiple signers

With a few clicks, you add a new place for a signature. Adding multiple signers to the document is just as easy. They are automatically retrieved if they are included in the dStyle 365 data. If not, the drafter can retrieve the data from the CRM system via the document. For example, name, location of signature, email address and phone number of the signer. Then you can start the signing process directly from dStyle 365, Microsoft 365 without first having to navigate to the platform, such as PKIsigning, and upload the document, for example. The - using dStyle 365- ?chosen signers will receive an email inviting them to sign in this example from PKIsigning. The drafter of the document can attach an end date to this. After signing, the document is legally valid. The originator of the document is kept informed of the signing process via their PKIsigning account.
